Sick of pumpkin yet? I hope not, because I’m sharing a pretty amazing recipe for Pumpkin Donuts with Peanut Butter Cream over on the Peanut Butter and Co All-Star Recipe Blog today.
Just picture it… fluffy pumpkin-spice yeasted doughtnuts, a creamy filling of Mighty Maple peanut butter pudding, and a sticky pumpkin glaze to finish things off. I decorated them with little jack-o-lanterns to celebrate Halloween, but that’s entirely optional.
At the risk of tooting my own horn, these may very well be the awesomest thing to ever come out of my kitchen… and I’ve cooked up some pretty awesome things in my time.
I know this recipe requires a little time and effort, but oh my goodness, is it ever worth it. Think of it as working off all the calories you’re about to consume! :)
They’re so good, they might even convince you to give pumpkin one last go before calling it a year.
(US residents, you can enter to win a jar of Mighty Maple peanut butter of your very own, you lucky bums you. Check out the post on Peanut Butter & Co’s site for details.)
