I’m always happy to help out a friend, so when my friend Kim Bee over at Cravings of a Lunatic asked me if I wanted to send a seafood recipe her way, I obviously said yes.
I was tempted to make something with Turtles again, since that’s one of Kim’s favouritest things ever, but chocolate and caramel don’t really pair all that well with seafood… so instead I made her one of my favouritest things ever: Saganaki Shrimp.
I mean, what’s not to love about succulent shrimp, garlicky tomatoes and salty feta, all baked up until bubbly and delicious?
