With the sun rising just a little earlier each day, there’s lots of reasons to greet the day with a smile. Morning sunshine streaming in through the east-facing window, sleepy cats curled up on comforter, my fantastic new memory foam pillow, and yes… The Boy, too.
On the other hand, I could be convinced to jump out of bed and get my day started if there was a batch of any (or all) of these lovely muffins waiting for me!

I usually like muffins and I would love to try the carrot and millet ones, at least to show my sceptical husband how millet can be surprisingly very good (I love it, he hates it!)
