It’s like Pinterest (and all my other food-porn sites) have been on an all-green shamrock and beer binge for the past two weeks.
And even so, I still managed to forget St Paddy’s Day is tomorrow.
In my defense, I don’t have a drop of Celtic blood in my veins, my attempts at an Irish accent tend to sound rather more Indian, I can’t stand the taste of Guiness, and green beer gives me a more-violent-than-usual hangover.
For those of you who will be celebrating tomorrow, though, here are five St Paddy’s treats that are sure to make Irish (and non-Irish) eyes smile.

Erin go bragh!
Well, I DO have a drop of Celtic blood…was born in Ireland, so I have no good excuse for not deciding on something special for tomorrow. Thanks for these great links…I love recipe links!
And have a Happy St. Paddy’s day, nonetheless!
