Spring is sprung, the grass is ris… time to stuff your face with asparaguses!

I may not know how to write a clever poem, but I can definitely tell you that there’s no better way to celebrate the arrival of spring than with a gorgeous bunch of emerald-green asparagus.

I think my urine may smell for the next week… I want to make them all! So many brilliant asparagus recipes, I need to get crackin!
Sprin has sprung!!!
I have to say that my favourite way of eating asparagus is in the grilled with sea salt, that makes me the happier person ever. That being said, these recipes look delicious too, I’ll have to try them!
This made my mouth water. I want every dish on my table immediately!
Yum…. I love asparagus. I cannot wait until it pops up at market around here. I love just tossing it on the grill, it’s a sign that summer is near! (you get mad props for the Trek reference above as well!)
