I’m not sure what I would’ve liked better – the 5-10cm of snow the forecasters predicted, or the miserably cold rain-snow mix we received in its stead.
Either way, what I’m really wishing for right now is bright sunshine, balmy breezes and blue skies.
But since that’s not meant to be, I guess I’ll have to settle for sharing a handful of dishes that bring the sunshine in with bright yellows and oranges instead.

They all look like they would make my day full of sunshine.
I want snow… in Spain that hardly ever happens! The dishes look fantastic, thanks for sharing!
Our weather can’t make up its mind right now. One day we have snow and the next day we’re walking outside in short-sleeved shirts. Crazy! Thanks so much for including my butternut squash & quinoa stew in this round-up. It’s one of our favorites.
